Filedgr

Introduction

Filedgr is an enterprise data attestation platform that creates verifiable, tamper-proof records for regulated industries — from financial services to supply chain compliance. The work covered brand identity, marketing website, platform UI design, and the full suite of marketing and social materials.

Data verification is one of the most abstract problems in enterprise software — you're not changing what the data says, you're changing whether anyone can trust it. Filedgr needed a brand that made trust feel structural, visible, and impossible to dispute.

The Brief

Filedgr provides a simplified verification platform with built-in compliance — a data attestation layer that signs, timestamps, and makes records permanently verifiable across CSRD, EUDR, KYB, and audit workflows. The target audience is compliance officers, financial institutions, and supply chain managers: people who deal in trust, but who have learned not to trust documents alone. The brand brief was to feel credible in that world without feeling like traditional enterprise software — which is either too cold or too cluttered. The design challenge was to make the abstract act of verification feel ordered, beautiful, and inevitable.

Filedgr brand identity — Font hierarchy and color system.

Identity

The Owl was the right symbol because it carries its meaning without explanation. In the history of visual culture — from Athena to Minerva to the academic seal — the Owl represents wisdom, watchfulness, and the ability to see through darkness. Filedgr sees everything: every version of a document, every modification, every access event. An abstract geometric mark would have been clean, but it would have been silent. The Owl speaks. The wordmark is split into two distinct weights: **file** in bold and dgr in light italic. The weight contrast does two things simultaneously. Bold "file" reads as permanence — this is a file company, legible at a glance. The lighter, italic "dgr" signals agility, the part of the product that moves and responds. Read together, the wordmark communicates both stability and precision. The palette pairs light green and deep blue — not decoratively, but as a direct product claim. Blue carries security, authority, the formal colour of institutions that people trust with their records. Green carries transparency, openness, the signal that there is nothing to hide. The contrast between the two colours is the point: this is security you can see through.

Website

Filedgr website — verify, manage, and share with confidence.

Website

The marketing site opens with the core proposition — verify, manage, and share data with confidence — before walking through the three pillars: audit-ready compliance, controlled data management, and secure sharing. Each section is structured around the buyer's concern, not the product's feature list. Enterprise visitors want to know what goes wrong without this; the site answers that question directly.

Imagery

The imagery system was inspired by Gattaca — the 1997 film that imagined a post-futuristic world where everything is ordered, verified, and beautiful precisely because it is structured. Gattaca's visual language is not sterile; it is aspirational. Every frame suggests that rigour and elegance can coexist. That became the benchmark for Filedgr's imagery: a world in which every record is in its place, every process has a shape, and verification is not a burden but a form of architecture. The photography and graphic imagery follows the same logic — controlled, precise, lit with intention. The feeling is not cold enterprise software. It is the future, already arrived.

Platform UI — verification and compliance workflows.

Platform UI — full screen views.

Platform

The platform UI is built around one principle: clarity under compliance pressure. Verification workflows, access control panels, and audit trail views are designed so the right information is always one step away. Nothing is hidden in nested menus. Nothing is ambiguous about what has been verified and what hasn't. The light green and deep blue palette carries directly into the UI — security visible through transparency, at every screen.

Marketing Materials

The marketing and social visual system extends the brand into campaign formats — product announcements, partner features, compliance use case graphics. The visual grammar stays close to the brand identity: structured, ordered, the Gattaca-adjacent feeling of a world where everything is verifiable and nothing is ambiguous. The Owl appears as a recurring mark across formats, anchoring every asset to the brand's core promise: it sees everything, so you don't have to.
